Snow cleared before you need to leave.

Residential driveways and walkways, private lanes and shared roads — cleared through the winter by the same crew that builds yards here the rest of the year. Seasonal contracts or per-visit callouts.

What we clear

Driveways, walkways and private roads.

Vernon sits high enough and cold enough that a driveway left for a day becomes a driveway you have to chip out. The job is showing up early and often, with equipment sized to the surface.

Residential driveways & walkways

Driveway, front walk and the path to the door, cleared down to the surface rather than packed flat. Sand or ice melt on the walking surfaces where it is needed, and we work around pavers and stamped concrete the way you would want from someone who had laid them.

Private & shared roads

Acreage lanes, shared driveways and the private roads the city does not touch. Long runs get widened properly on the first pass so there is somewhere to put the next snowfall, and the banks get pulled back before they start narrowing the road.

How it works

Two ways to book, then we just show up.

01

Seasonal contract

One price for the winter. We come when the snow comes, without you having to call and without you watching the forecast. It is what most driveways end up on, because it is the only arrangement that gets you cleared on the mornings everyone needs clearing.

02

Per visit

Priced per clearing, for people who are away part of the winter or only want the big ones done. Fair warning: after a heavy overnight, contract properties get done first.

03

Before the first snowfall

We walk the property while the ground is still visible and note what a plough cannot see once everything is white — the edge of the lawn, the low wall, the irrigation box, where the pavers stop. Markers go in where they are needed. Twenty minutes in October saves an argument in January.

04

Through the season

Clearing through the winter, with the banks pulled back and the piles moved when they start getting in the way, and a tidy-up at the end once things thaw and the sand turns up everywhere.

Already a landscaping client? Your yard is already mapped — we know where the soft edges are, which is the main reason the pavers we laid in July survive the plough in January.
Where we work

Close to home, on purpose.

Snow routes only work if they are tight. We run ours out of Vernon and keep them compact, so a property on the route gets done early rather than at the end of a long day of driving.

Get on the list

Winter books up early.

Routes are built in the fall and they fill. If you want a driveway, a lot or a lane covered this winter, the time to ask is before the first snowfall, not after it.

Tell us the address, roughly how big the area is, and whether you want it on contract or per visit. We will come and look.

Let's talk

Keep the driveway clear this year.

Tell us the address and what needs clearing. We will quote the season, not just the storm.
